Air temperatures in Phuket range from 24° to 36° and wter temperatures from 27° to 30°, you don't need wetsuit here but a lycra will be fine to avoid sun burn. We go windsurfing sometimes to Hua-Hin and Chumpon november to january, north east is strong and you can get very often 25 Knots all day long. March, april and may, sometimes even june are the best windy months in Hua-hin.
